Become a vital part of ALS as an IT Specialist focused on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will be instrumental in providing helpdesk support and enhancing user experience.
In this role, you will tackle hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment while performing Active Directory tasks. Your responsibilities include installing servers, desktops, and upholding system documentation, serving multiple sites, and maintaining equipment. Your engagement is crucial to ensure operational efficiency across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues proficiently
• Manage Active Directory tasks for user accounts and objects
• Install and configure servers and workstations effectively
• Monitor service desk ticketing system actively
• Provide ongoing maintenance for systems documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of IT support experience required
• Proficiency in Windows servers, LAN/WAN networks needed
• Familiarity with desktop and server operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols and VPN troubleshooting
• Availability for travel to remote data centers
