Drive the logistics success of the Woodfibre construction site as a Site-Based Logistics Coordinator. This key role navigates material management and marine logistics in a 14/7 work rotation.

As a Construction Logistics Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth logistical operations that support construction activities. With 5-10 years of relevant experience, you will coordinate barge schedules and manage orders, while keeping an eye on inventory and material shortages. This role requires high-level organization while collaborating effectively with various site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistical activities and barge movements

• Maintain inventory and handle material ordering

• Support daily logistics planning and execution on site

• Keep detailed records of all logistics documentation

• Identify challenges and proactively solve issues

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in construction logistics

• Proven coordination skills in marine logistics

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential

• Familiarity with logistics tracking tools and MS Office

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
