This crucial role involves daily monitoring and tracking of inventories, purchase orders, and invoices. The ideal candidate will boast two or more years of experience in inventory control and will use their proficiency in Microsoft Office to recommend process improvements. You will actively ensure compliance with regulations and streamline workflows across the inventory department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized inventory areas systematically and physically

• Process vendor repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices

• Perform audits on inventory monthly, quarterly, and annually

• Handle warranty parts processes and documentation

• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain purchase quotes

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification

• At least two years of inventory control experience needed

• Experience using Microsoft Office for operational tasks

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Proven decision-making and communication abilities
