Position: Supply Chain Leader at Nootka Saunas

As a Senior Purchaser at Nootka Saunas, you'll play a vital role in managing our supply chain from start to finish. This hands-on position requires balancing spending with production needs and maintaining supplier relationships. Ideal candidates will possess extensive procurement experience, organizational savvy, and the ability to work directly on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-pace purchasing of raw sauna materials

• Manage and organize inventory in the workshop

• Optimize flow and management of off-site storage

• Monitor material quality and warranty processes

• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Significant purchasing or procurement experience

• Comfortable working interactively on the shop floor

• Experience with ERP systems;
Odoo experience preferred

• Proven negotiation skills for supplier relations

• Capable of forecasting demand and managing trade-offs
