Become a key player at Woodfibre LNG in Squamish as a Materials and Logistics Coordinator. This role calls for expertise in procurement and logistics to support LNG operations effectively.

As part of the Woodfibre LNG team, you will coordinate procurement execution and materials logistics. Your focus on supply chain activities will ensure the availability of equipment and services necessary for safe and reliable operations. Collaboration is essential as you will interface with multiple departments and external suppliers to optimize materials for site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement activities for operational materials and spare parts

• Support supplier communication and purchase order processes

• Track critical materials to ensure operational readiness

• Develop logistics plans for maintenance and emergency requirements

• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields

• Over 5 years in procurement and logistics, preferably in oil & gas

• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Experience with coordination of logistics providers and contractors

• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
