Mountain Dispatcher at Northland Properties

Maximize guest safety and operational efficiency as a Mountain Dispatcher with Northland Properties. This position involves critical communication management in a dynamic mountain environment.

The Dispatcher plays an essential role at Vancouver’s premier attraction, ensuring smooth operations and quick responses. You'll work closely with Duty Managers and maintain the flow of information, handling incident reports and coordinating emergency responses.

Your role will also include managing daily operations and customer interactions within the office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely communication between departments

• Utilize multi-line switchboard and VHF radios

• Respond quickly to emergency dispatch requests

• Maintain and report daily operation activities

• Log transportation of goods across the mountain

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with 1

Risk incident management systems

• Awareness of mountain facilities and geography

• Experience with multi-line telephony systems preferred

• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
