Responsibilities include tracking shipments, analyzing historical usage, and adjusting safety stock levels. Your proactive problem-solving skills are essential to navigate supply chain complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite open purchase orders for on-time delivery

• Communicate with suppliers for order confirmations and updates

• Track shipments, identify shortages, and escalate risks

• Analyze operational demand for accurate forecasting

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage delivery challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 1-4 years experience in procurement or supply chain

• Experienced in data analysis and forecasting tools

• Strong communication skills for supplier relations

• Capable of handling urgent tasks and balancing forecasts
