Wholesale Operations Account Coordinator

Optimize order fulfillment in wholesale operations as an Account Services Coordinator. Oversee inventory management and maintain service level targets effectively across all accounts.

In this role, you will manage the wholesale orderbook, balancing prebook, in-season, and replenishment orders. Your expertise in order management will ensure on-time delivery, order accuracy, and fulfillment rate targets are met. Collaborate effectively with the Wholesale Sales team to manage account expectations while optimizing shipment timing and fill rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute fulfillment rate and on-time delivery targets

• Manage the wholesale orderbook across various orders

• Validate orders against inventory and supply plans

• Optimize shipment timing to improve fill rates

• Partner with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 2+ years in Allocation or Wholesale Operations

• Understanding of fill rate optimization principles

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Effective communication and attention to detail
