Purchasing Specialist at ALS

With at least two years in procurement, you'll negotiate contracts, manage orders, and maintain strong supplier relationships while adhering to safety regulations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will support our mission of using scientific insights for a healthier future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order supplies for ALS global locations

• Obtain price quotes and source goods effectively

• Expedite deliveries and follow up on orders

• Evaluate vendor quotes to ensure optimal selections

• Maintain and organize the purchasing database

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in supply chain or procurement

• Minimum of 2 years in a supply chain role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
