Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company.

Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate project coordinator who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. You will coordinate the end‑to‑end process of the heat pump install from the estimate through to the post‑installation customer follow‑up.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute on a process for tracking the installations, including tracking prospects, assisting with customer inquiries, addressing questions regarding quotes, and scheduling walk‑through, install, and inspections
  • Develop and manage the required permitting process for each project
  • Maintain and report on all scheduled installs, coordinating with the install teams, permits, and inspection
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure the right equipment, materials, and team members are allocated to the projects
  • Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
  • Participate in business system selection and configuration to enable delightful customer flows and efficient processes
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
What You Bring:
  • PMP or related training preferred
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of developing project plans that support construction or related tasks
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service acumen
