As a Building Caretaker, you will oversee the daily operations and upkeep of the 66-unit residence. Your tasks will include janitorial duties, minor maintenance, and supporting contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily janitorial and maintenance tasks

• Manage move-in and move-out schedules and documentation

• Conduct perimeter patrols and monitor security footage

• Assist with light repairs and routine inspections

• Submit regular reports on building maintenance

Requirements:

• Handyman experience with maintenance skills

• At least one year in building management or janitorial roles
