Commercial Building Operator North Shore

This position involves working closely with the Commercial Property Management Team, overseeing day-to-day facility operations, and maintaining an “A” Class condition for buildings. You will execute preventative maintenance and assist in tenant improvement projects, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building systems including HVAC, fire suppression, and life safety equipment

• Conduct Tenant Walkthrough Inspections to ensure quality

• Document deficiencies and follow up with corrective actions

• Coordinate with contractors for additional work requirements

• Perform duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial building systems

• Familiarity with automation and troubleshooting

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call
