We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with at least three years of experience in building or facilities maintenance. Ideal candidates will have skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and HVAC systems, while those with residential or commercial backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to resident service requests

• Complete suite repairs and inspections

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks

• Inspect common areas, amenities, and building systems

• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience

• Knowledge of general repairs and building systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid BC Driver's License

• Experience with BAS/DDC systems is a plus
