Join Amica Edgemont Village as a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator to oversee vital building maintenance and safety programs. Bring your expertise to enhance the life of residents in this dynamic senior living community.

In this contractual role, you’ll be managing the daily operations of building maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance for safety and maintenance standards. You will lead safety drills, perform routine maintenance, and keep accurate records through the CMMS tool. Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of the Amica Residence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive fire safety drills and emergency training programs

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests

• Maintain records within CMMS and electronic systems

• Coordinate contractor schedules and project planning

• Manage Maintenance Department Assistant(s) daily tasks

Requirements:

• Six years of building or maintenance management experience

• Leadership skills and excellent time management

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Familiarity with budget tracking and PO systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
