This full-time role is essential in managing the daily operations of building systems and maintenance protocols. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance efforts while maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance. Your leadership will enhance occupant comfort and maintain operational continuity on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of operational standards and procedures

• Supervise daily maintenance of onsite buildings

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Conduct facility inspections for compliance

• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of facilities

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in facilities management

• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Strong leadership and contractor management skills

• Awareness of safety regulations and standards

• Experience with budget and maintenance cost management
