Your role will focus on managing maintenance for crucial infrastructure to support site operations.

This position involves coordinating maintenance activities for diverse non-process assets under the Maintenance Manager’s guidance. You'll ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards while leading initiatives for continuous improvements within maintenance execution. Playing a vital part during Turnarounds, you will ensure all infrastructural support is in place for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance activities for marine and facility infrastructure

• Ensure operational readiness and compliance of all assets

• Oversee contractor performance and scope development

• Support lifecycle planning and improvement opportunities

• Coordinate facility service requirements across departments

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant industrial experience

• Technical diploma or Interprovincial Red Seal in facilities management

• Experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, and contractor oversight

• Familiarity with SAP PM or CMMS systems

• Understanding of BC regulatory environment
