As a vital part of our team, you will oversee maintenance programs, fire and safety drill processes, and regular inspections. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building maintenance programs

• Conduct fire and safety drills for staff training

• Maintain records and reports as per requirements

• Oversee contractor coordination for capital projects

Requirements:

• Six years in building/maintenance management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
