As a Resident Manager, you'll work closely with the Property Manager and coordinate contractors while enriching residents' experiences. This position requires a hands-on approach with tasks ranging from minor repairs to supervising common area upkeep. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure regular preventative maintenance tasks are completed

• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections promptly

• Respond to and coordinate tenant repairs efficiently

• Supervise amenity areas and security fob programming

• Maintain cleanliness in property interiors and exteriors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in residential maintenance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Self-starter able to work without direction

• Knowledge of BC Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
