As a key member of the team, you will guide homeowners through virtual assessments while validating system sizing and performing critical load calculations. With a strong foundation in HVAC principles and experience using design tools, your meticulous approach will ensure projects are completed smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough virtual customer site walkthroughs

• Perform heating and cooling load and electrical calculations

• Draft detailed site and installation plans for projects

• Secure necessary permits and manage approvals

• Keep teams in sync with project data and timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC design or mechanical engineering

• Comprehension of load calculations and electrical codes

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting

• CRM experience, particularly with Hub Spot or Salesforce
