In this role, you will support the maintenance of commercial properties by performing daily cleaning tasks outside. You will follow the Snow Management Plan, focus on litter control, and apply anti-slip materials as necessary. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with health and safety standards while carrying out your duties. A strong commitment to teamwork and communication is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove ice, applying sand or salt as directed

• Regularly clean all exterior garbage and ashtrays

• Conduct litter picking across sidewalks and lots

• Pressure wash entrances and common areas on schedule

• Ensure rapid response to emergency clean-ups
