Key Responsibilities:

• Complete routine cleaning tasks such as waxing and sweeping

• Secure buildings and maintain heating or lighting standards

• Refer non-routine emergencies to supervisory staff

• Provide assistance during school events and activities

• Support recycling initiatives within the schools

Requirements:

• Understanding of custodial methods and tools

• Ability to follow oral and written English instructions

• Building Service Worker Certificate considered an asset

• Effective interaction with students and public

• Up to three months of janitorial experience preferred
