Position: Seasonal Team Lead for Mountain Crew
Take the initiative as a Seasonal Team Lead for GMR's Mountain Crew and contribute to delivering unforgettable winter experiences at Vancouver’s premier location. Lead the charge in ensuring operational excellence.

In the upcoming Winter 26/27 season, you will serve as a pivotal leader, cooperating with Duty Managers and staff to enhance the guest experience at mountain attractions. This full-time role focuses on maintaining operational standards, staff training, and safety protocols amidst outdoor challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Mountain Crew alongside Duty Managers

• Ensure compliance with safety measures and operational standards

• Conduct daily staff briefings and assignments

• Assist with the setup and teardown for seasonal events

• Carry out maintenance tasks for attraction machinery

Requirements:

• Enjoy outdoor work in various weather conditions

• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license is mandatory

• Previous mechanical experience preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong teamwork and motivational skills needed
