Key Responsibilities:

• Address resident requests in a timely manner

• Perform preventative and general maintenance tasks

• Conduct inspections of common areas and building systems

• Execute plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Oversee contractor operations for quality control

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

• Familiarity with HVAC and mechanical systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Valid BC Driver's License required
