Eco Property Maintenance is a fast growing, systems driven landscape maintenance company based in North Vancouver. We specialize in strata and commercial landscape maintenance & Snow Removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland.

We are not a typical landscaping company.

• Manage and oversee multiple maintenance crews and crew leaders
• Own estimating, scheduling, routing, and job efficiency across your zone
• Conduct regular site visits and quality/safety control checks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify inefficiencies and improve systems/processes
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff
• Coordinate seasonal services including snow/salting operations
• Track performance metrics (time, quality, expenses, profitability)

• Strong leadership and accountability mindset
• Highly organized and systems oriented
• Comfortable using apps/software for operations (paperless)
• Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control
• Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance & snow removal
• Minimum 3 years experience managing teams
• Valid Driver License, clean and able to be insured

• Competitive Base Salary + performance bonuses and double-digit profit-sharing percentage
