This full-time Maintenance Technician role involves executing a wide array of repairs, from minor plumbing issues to electrical replacements. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks including drywall and appliance repairs

• Perform regular inspections of mechanical systems

• Maintain exterior grounds and lighting to high standards

• Track inventory and organize maintenance shop

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma with a valid BC Driver's License

• Proven experience in residential/commercial building maintenance

• Intermediate skills in computer applications

• Ability to work independently and lift up to 50lbs
