As the Manufacturing Manager at Dark Vision, you will take charge of manufacturing and repair scopes, reporting to the Director of Operations. This position requires building and managing a robust team of Manufacturing Technicians, while closely collaborating with Field Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Engineering teams to drive success. Establishing a culture of quality, safety, and accountability will be essential for meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and train teams of technicians for production

• Design and refine effective manufacturing processes

• Track performance indicators to inform strategies

• Coordinate asset management across various projects

• Promote operational excellence and quality assurance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in electromechanical assembly required

• 3+ years managing production operations

• Expertise in new product introduction processes

• Proficient in quality management and production methods

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
