Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and order necessary diagnostic tests

• Provide episodic and longitudinal patient care

• Collaborate with healthcare team for comprehensive care

• Follow up regularly to promote health and self-management

• Deliver specialized care in prenatal and pediatric health

Requirements:

• MN-NP degree or equivalent post-Master’s diploma

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration in BC

• 2+ years of primary care experience

• Active CPR AED Level C certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills
