Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Operating Rooms team in North Vancouver. This pivotal role includes providing nursing services for various surgical procedures while working within a collaborative and integrated surgical environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer nursing services during complex surgical procedures

• Work closely with surgical team members on patient care

• Maintain standards in perioperative nursing techniques

• Participate in teams and projects aligned with hospital initiatives

• Enhance personal and professional nursing competencies

Requirements:

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM

• Completion of an advanced specialty program in OR nursing

• Two years’ experience in an acute care operating room

• Strong knowledge of surgical standards and patient care

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in emergencies
