In this full-time role, you will provide critical nursing care in alignment with BCCNM standards, ensuring the highest quality for residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and leading the development of care plans while mentoring your team in best practices and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care consistent with established standards

• Conduct detailed assessments for health management

• Safely administer treatments and medications

• Support individualized care plan implementations

• Collaborate with teams for optimal resident outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Registered and in good standing with BCCNM

• Holding current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates

• Experience in long-term care settings preferred

• Proven ability to foster positive relationships
