Part-Time LPN

Provide essential patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Acute Float Pool at Lions Gate Hospital. Work collaboratively to support patients and their families across various settings.

This part-time role at Lions Gate Hospital requires a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and document client care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and assist Registered Nurses as necessary, while maintaining high clinical competence in line with BCCNM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full scope practical nursing functions in specialty areas

• Assess and evaluate patient care effectively

• Document care plans and patient progress

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses as required

• Maintain competence per BCCNM standards

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current LPN registration with BCCNM

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize work and work with others

• Physical ability to fulfill job duties
