Join the Adult Mental Health team at HOpe Centre as a Mental Health Nurse. You will conduct rehabilitation assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and build strong therapeutic relationships. Working independently and in collaboration with healthcare teams is key to delivering quality client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized psychiatric nursing care to diverse clients

• Collaborate with healthcare teams on treatment planning

• Conduct rehabilitation assessments and support client recovery

• Monitor medication responses and educate clients and families

• Maintain client records and engage in quality improvement

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• Diploma in Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing

• Two years of experience in mental health

• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and recovery models

• Valid BC Driver’s license for local travel
