You must hold current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses, bringing proficiency in care for older residents facing chronic and acute conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for residents

• Implement individualized care plans and interventions

• Assist with end-of-life care and family dynamics

• Educate residents and families on treatments and care plans

• Support team cohesion and clinical effectiveness

Requirements:

• Valid RN or RPN license from BCCNM

• Completed gerontology training or similar

• Strong understanding of nursing interventions for common diagnoses

• Competent in utilizing various medical equipment

• Skilled in management of pain relief and chronic conditions
