As a Part-Time LPN at Hollyburn House, you will work within a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. With a schedule that spans four days, you’ll provide planned nursing care, adjust care plans based on individual needs, and mentor new team members. Your experience will directly contribute to a culture where human beings are at the heart of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic, patient-focused nursing care

• Adapt care plans based on ongoing assessments

• Ensure documentation is current and comprehensive

• Mentor and instruct unregulated care providers

• Facilitate effective communication with residents and families

Requirements:

• Registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse required

• Experience in geriatrics and rehabilitation preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications needed

• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to take action
