Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and provide practice support for nursing staff

• Coordinate with educators to enhance staff training

• Drive continuous quality improvement within teams

Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse

• Minimum of three years' relevant experience, including mentoring

• Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle may be necessary

• Knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction strategies

• Effective communication skills for diverse populations
