Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver care in a vibrant interdisciplinary environment. This role allows for both independent and collaborative work, performing full nursing functions for clients within your specialty area. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care while supporting Registered Nurses when managing more complex cases, all while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and document care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Assist clients and families with care support

• Maintain clinical competence per BCCNM standards

• Support complex client cases under RN supervision

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current LPN registration with BC College of Nurses

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to organize work effectively

• Physical capability to fulfill job duties
