The FNHA is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to support nursing operations in British Columbia. This vital role requires strong leadership in implementing quality improvement initiatives and managing clinical programs. Your ability to collaborate effectively with Indigenous communities and healthcare partners will be key in improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services
• Manage multidisciplinary healthcare teams and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor clinical outcomes and address operational challenges
• Implement quality improvement initiatives strategically
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is an asset
• Current nursing registration with extensive clinical experience
• Proven ability in managing nursing operations and programs
• Experience working with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
Drive impactful nursing services and champion community health as FNHA’s Regional Nurse Manager.
