Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care to a wide range of patients

• Assess and prioritize patient needs under pressure

• Collaborate on treatment plans with healthcare teams

• Display clinical leadership in emergency practice

• Participate in research initiatives and hospital committees

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license with BCCNM

• Completion of advanced emergency care program or relevant experience

• Current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

• Preferred experience in triage or resuscitation settings

• Competence in trauma management and emergency techniques
