Palliative Care Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ comprehensive care needs

• Develop and implement personalized nursing plans

• Document care accurately in accordance with standards

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• 2 years of acute medical-surgical experience

• Palliative Care experience preferred

• Knowledge of best practices for palliative care

• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
