Vancouver Coastal Health offers this Licensed Practical Nurse position in a client and family centred care model. You will work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team. The position covers full-scope practical nursing for predictable outcomes while supporting Registered Nurses with clients needing advanced knowledge or skills.

• Assess and plan care for clients in transitional care
• Implement, evaluate, and document client care
• Support clients and families throughout care delivery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Assist Registered Nurses with unpredictable outcomes

• Complete recognized Practical Nurse education or equivalent preparation
• Maintain current practicing BCCNM registration
• Deal effectively with others in care settings
• Organize assigned work effectively
• Operate equipment related to position duties
