We are now accepting applications for full and part time summer positions!(May 16th to September 7th minimum)

Halfmoon Sea Kayaks is approaching it’s 28th year on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, British Columbia. We offer guided day tours and multi-day expeditions, as well as kayak and SUP board rentals. We are hiring for positions in rental fleet management and customer service. Positions require strong organizational skills and prolonged athletic ability. Our summer season typically runs from May – October.

If you enjoy the outdoors and love sharing the experience with others like yourself, this could be the perfect start to a career in adventure tourism.

Some helpful skills to bring include;
Customer service, POS experience, position specific first aid certification, understanding of social media platforms. Paddle Canada / ACSKG / SKGABC or equivalent paddling certification. Outdoor experiences / Leave No Trace camping knowledge.
Experience/certification in paddle sports, tourism, Food Safe, social media promotion, google environment, retail sales will be assets.

18 - 25 starting wage

SUP Board and kayak equipment use. in house training and kayak skills certification. Gratuities on top of wages. pro deals on outdoor equipment.
