In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a welcoming store environment and supporting operational tasks. You will engage directly with customers, share stories about products, and contribute to their overall experience. Your ability to adapt, promote safety, and maintain product displays will ensure customers feel valued every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and inventory management

• Create engaging product displays based on merchandising standards

• Connect with customers to understand their needs

• Curate product collections aligned with customer interests

• Promote a culture of safety and accountability

Requirements:

• Retail experience preferred, not mandatory

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings

• Commitment to exceptional service for both employees and customers

• Strong physical stamina for movement on the sales floor

• Bilingual in French/English required in Québec
