As a Store Manager, you report to the District Manager, and your goal is to enhance shopping experiences and build customer loyalty. You’ll inspire a high-performing team, driving operational excellence while maximizing profitability through sales targets. Leading efforts in recruitment, training, and coaching will be vital to your success.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience in fashion retail

• Passion for fashion and customer-centric mindset

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media

• Flexible availability for various shifts
