Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising strategies

• Maintain global standards documents in collaboration with teams

• Document tools and processes for seamless product implementation

• Participate in regional store visits to ensure brand consistency

• Support new store openings and VM standards training

Requirements:

• University degree in Visual Merchandising or related field

• 2+ years of retail visual merchandising experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Figma, and Sketch Up

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Familiarity with the Arc'teryx brand and outdoor market
