Cobs Bread (Independent Franchisee) under HC Foods LTD is looking for a Bakery Manager to work at their North Vancouver store.

The business is in need of a Bakery Manager in order to accommodate expanding needs of the business.

Tasks:
Manage staff and assign duties, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Supervision: 5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility

Computer and technology knowledge:
Point of sale system, Word processing software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet
