As a Floor Leader, you will directly support the Store Management Team, overseeing sales, opening and closing operations, and ensuring exceptional service. Your leadership will inspire sales associates, foster an engaging environment, and enhance overall operational excellence. You'll lead training sessions, analyze sales results, and create a motivated team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales using Store Force dashboard results

• Lead by example in customer experience standards

• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices

• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective selling

• Maintain clean and visually appealing store displays

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales

• Supervisory experience with coaching and feedback

• Knowledge of cash handling and operational procedures

• Passion for skincare and natural beauty products
