Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-year visual merchandising strategies

• Collaborate to maintain global merchandising standards documents

• Document processes for product implementation across stages

• Conduct store visits with regional teams for brand alignment

• Facilitate training for new store openings and VM standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or related area

• Over 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Familiar with Arc'teryx products and outdoor market trends
