Position: Sephora Operations Consultant Role

Drive operational excellence as a Full Time Operations Consultant at Sephora in West Vancouver, BC. Focus on stock management and high-quality client engagement during business hours.

This role pairs you with the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and stockroom efficiency. You will play a vital part in delivering client satisfaction and assist in training staff on POS systems. Maintaining store presentation and merchandise compliance are also key functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional service to clients in-store

• Train staff on POS and merchandise practices

• Organize and maintain cleanliness in cashier zones

• Process incoming shipments and check visual merchandising

• Address inventory concerns with supervisors

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in retail or client service

• Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends
