As a Thrift Store Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the operational success of the store. You will ensure a positive customer experience by accurately processing transactions and maintaining a tidy sales floor. With a focus on high-quality service, participate in attracting customers through compelling merchandise displays and assist volunteers in fulfilling their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to all thrift store customers

• Process cash and credit transactions at the sales counter

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

• Ensure donations are sorted and priced appropriately

• Assist with heavy lifting and merchandising displays

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three months related experience

• WHMIS and First Aid certifications required

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
