This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Knead bake team to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience in our open bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily and weekly bake schedules to meet retail and wholesale needs
Ensure consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste
Collaborate on monthly features and special items
Support production of pastries, bars, and dessert items as needed
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of baked goods
