Lead retail sales initiatives with CGIC as a Retail Sales Manager in a hybrid model. Drive growth, manage performance, and create impactful relationships with Advisors and their teams.
As CGIC’s Retail Sales Manager, you will take charge of achieving annual sales targets in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will provide Advisors with coaching, business planning, and performance management support. This role emphasizes a high-performance culture and aligns with organizational goals while being crucial in managing client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive achievement of annual sales and renewal targets
• Provide essential coaching and business planning for Advisors
• Maintain high-performance culture through targeted management
• Ensure optimal use of corporate tools by Advisors
• Deliver market insights and recommendations to support Advisors
Requirements:
• General Insurance, Life and Mutual Fund Licenses required
• CFP or CLU designation required within a specific timeframe
• Proven skill in managing sales performance strategies
• Expert understanding of various insurance and investment products
• Proficient in building trusted relationships with Advisors
